Shipping Policy

At Volume7, we ensure a seamless delivery experience for all orders across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and typically delivered within 5–7 business days via trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays like weather conditions. Shipping is free for orders above ₹500. However, for order below ₹499, a standard shipping fee is applicable. 

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your order. Changes or cancellations can only be made before the product is dispatched. For any delivery issues, such as delays or damages, please contact us at support@volume7.com with all relevant details. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help!


Return Policy

At Volume7, due to the nature of fragrances, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@volume7.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice. We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

Responsibility & Claims

 

  • Volume7 is not responsible for goods once signed for by an alternative recipient.

  • We are not liable for damages caused after the delivery has been successfully completed.

  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via email at support@volume7.com with clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
